At a glance: Use the service respectfully, keep your account secure, and choose experiments that fit your circumstances. Your content remains yours. The service supports learning and reflection, not medical care.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern use of Agile Wellness Challenge, operated by Entriciclo, including the public website at agilewellnesschallenge.com and account and participation features at app.agilewellnesschallenge.com when available to you.
By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so. A separate written agreement with Entriciclo may set additional terms for an organizational Challenge; that agreement takes precedence for the matters it expressly covers.
2. What the service provides
Agile Wellness Challenge supports personal wellness goals, measurable Key Results, baselines, small experiments, Weekly Check-ins, and Sprint Reviews. Progress is measured against your own starting point. There is no participant leaderboard.
The public site explains the product and method. Dashboard previews and sample metrics are illustrative, not real participant accounts or promises of results. Account access, program dates, and available features depend on your organization's arrangements and the rollout of the WebApp.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, reserve a Challenge, or form a paid subscription. The website's contact form sends your inquiry through our server to our contact mailbox. A successful response means the server's mail service accepted the message for delivery; it does not guarantee inbox receipt.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for adults participating in personal or organizational wellness activities. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms to create an account. Provide accurate account information, use only an account you are authorized to access, and protect your sign-in credentials.
If you choose Google sign-in, the access requested is limited to basic identity information as described in our Privacy Policy. Google authenticates your Google account; we do not receive your Google password. Use of Google's services is also subject to Google's applicable terms. The availability of Google sign-in does not imply Google sponsors or endorses Agile Wellness Challenge.
Tell us promptly at info@agilewellnesschallenge.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Wellness and personal responsibility
The service provides general wellness information and tools for reflection. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Content and measurements are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Choose goals and experiments appropriate to your circumstances and abilities. Seek qualified advice when you need guidance about a health condition or an activity's suitability. Do not delay professional care because of information in the service. The service is not intended for emergencies.
Results vary. We do not guarantee a specific health, fitness, productivity, or other outcome. You can adapt or stop an experiment; participation does not require continuing an activity that is unsuitable for you.
5. Organizational Challenges
Organizations and Challenge Managers are responsible for having appropriate authority to invite participants, administer groups, and use participation information. They must communicate any organization-specific participation arrangements and respect applicable privacy and employment obligations.
Managers must not use the service to expose private wellness entries unnecessarily, create unauthorized individual rankings, discriminate, or pressure participants to disclose sensitive information. Access to personal and aggregate information is governed by the available features, permissions, and our Privacy Policy.
Entriciclo's service does not replace your organization's own responsibilities to participants.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Access another person's account or information without permission, impersonate others, or misrepresent your authority.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content, or disclose another person's private information without an appropriate basis.
- Bypass access controls, introduce malware, disrupt the service, or attempt to extract information you are not authorized to access.
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or bypasses its limits.
- Copy or exploit the service commercially beyond permissions granted by Entriciclo or applicable law.
Report suspected misuse or security issues to our contact address. Do not access other users' data to demonstrate an issue.
7. Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in the goals, entries, reflections, and other content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
You grant Entriciclo a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service, carry out your instructions, and meet applicable obligations. This permission does not authorize selling your personal information or publishing private wellness entries. Processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Agile Wellness Challenge name, logos, website design, software, and other service materials belong to Entriciclo or their respective rights holders. You may use the service and its materials for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any written organizational agreement. Other rights are reserved, except as provided by law.
8. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we handle, why we use it, sharing, retention, and your choices. It also explains how to revoke Google access and request deletion of personal information. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
The service may link to or rely on external services, including Google for sign-in and your email provider for inquiries. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not control external websites or guarantee their availability.
9. Fees and commercial arrangements
The public website does not process payments or start recurring billing. If a paid Challenge or service is offered, its fees, payment schedule, duration, cancellation arrangements, and any refund conditions must be disclosed and agreed separately before purchase.
These terms do not create an automatic subscription or override mandatory consumer rights. An inquiry or demo request is not a purchase.
10. Availability and ending access
We may maintain, update, or change features as the service develops. We aim to provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect active use where practicable. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control; continuous availability is not guaranteed.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent protective action may be taken first.
You can stop using the service and request account closure by emailing info@agilewellnesschallenge.com. Ending access does not automatically erase records that must be retained. Deletion requests and any retention exceptions are handled under the Privacy Policy. Separate organizational agreements may specify the end of a paid service.
11. Service limitations and your legal rights
We provide the service with reasonable care, but cannot promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will meet every participant's individual needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional implied warranties are provided beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entriciclo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot be limited, or any other responsibility or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Your mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain in place. These terms do not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Updates and resolving concerns
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask for renewed agreement before those changes apply. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen.
If you have a concern, contact Entriciclo so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking remedies through competent courts or authorities under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive court location.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
