PERSONAL MEANS PERSONAL

Privacy Policy

Your wellness journey is personal. Here is how we handle your information, why we use it, and how you can make choices about it.

Effective date and last updated:

At a glance: Google sign-in is for account access, using basic identity information. We do not request your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts. There is no participant leaderboard.

1. Who we are

Agile Wellness Challenge is operated by Entriciclo, the organization responsible for the processing described in this policy. Our privacy contact is info@agilewellnesschallenge.com.

This policy covers our public website at agilewellnesschallenge.com and the Agile Wellness Challenge account and participation features at app.agilewellnesschallenge.com, when those features are available to you. The public website presents the product; its dashboard examples use illustrative data and do not collect your wellness measurements.

2. Information we handle

  • Contact information you provide. When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, organization, team size, and message you choose to send. The public website sends this information to our server, which validates it and sends an email to our contact mailbox. The form does not create a database record; the resulting email is retained as needed to answer your inquiry. Temporary anti-abuse records contain a hashed network address and attempt timestamps, not the content of your message.
  • Account identity. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic identity information described in section 3.
  • Challenge information you enter. When you participate in the WebApp, this can include your Objective, Key Results, baseline, targets, experiments, check-ins, Sprint reflections, and organization or group membership. Wellness entries may be sensitive; only provide information you want to use for your Challenge.
  • Technical information. Requests to the website or WebApp involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request time. Hosting and service providers may record this information in operational or security logs.

3. Google sign-in and Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google asks you to authorize basic sign-in access. This is limited to your name, email address, and profile picture, together with the account identifier and email verification information used to authenticate your account. The associated permissions are basic OpenID Connect sign-in permissions: openid, email, and profile.

We use this information to identify you, create or connect your Agile Wellness Challenge account, display your basic profile, and enable secure account access. Where needed for these purposes, identity information is stored with your account by the application and its authentication service provider. Authentication tokens or sessions are used to support sign-in, not to access unrelated Google services.

We do not receive your Google password. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, Google contacts, or other Google content beyond basic sign-in information.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. It is shared only as necessary to provide and protect the sign-in and account features, as explained below, or where required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

You can revoke access through your Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not, by itself, delete information already stored in your Agile Wellness Challenge account. To request deletion, contact us as described in section 7. Google also processes information under its own Privacy Policy.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide account access, organize Challenges and groups, display your own progress, support check-ins and Sprint Reviews, provide aggregate participation insights, and maintain the security and operation of the service. We may also use information to resolve support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as answering inquiries and protecting the service, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for sensitive wellness information, it must be obtained before that processing takes place.

5. Sharing and organizational Challenges

We do not sell personal information. Access or disclosure is limited to the following purposes:

  • Service providers. Hosting, authentication, storage, and email providers may process information necessary to operate the relevant features or deliver support on our behalf.
  • Challenge administration. If you join an organizational Challenge, the Challenge Manager may need your identity, group membership, and participation status to administer it. Manager insights are intended to focus on aggregated engagement and learning, not a ranking of individual wellness results. Your raw personal wellness entries are not intended to be shared with coworkers by default.
  • Your instructions. Information may be shared when you explicitly request or authorize it, such as when you choose to send a message or share a reflection.
  • Legal and security needs. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people and the service, or establish or defend legal claims.

When your organization determines how a Challenge is run or processes information for its own purposes, its own privacy notices may also apply. You can ask your Challenge Manager about those practices. If you are unsure who handles a request, contact Entriciclo and we will help identify the appropriate contact.

6. Storage and security

Information may be processed in the countries where Entriciclo and its service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be in place for the relevant processing.

We limit access to information to the people and service providers who need it for the purposes described here, and use safeguards appropriate to the information and feature involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, Google authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive wellness details by email.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiry records are kept as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Account and Challenge information is retained as needed to provide your account and participation features. Limited records may need to be retained for security, resolving disputes, or compliance with legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason for keeping it.

To request deletion of your account, Google-derived profile information, or other personal data, email info@agilewellnesschallenge.com with the subject “Agile Wellness Challenge — Data deletion request”, preferably from the email associated with your account. Tell us what you want deleted; do not include your password.

We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain any information we must retain and why. Deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire through their normal lifecycle. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The public marketing website does not implement analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or persistent browser storage for its contact form. Fonts and brand assets are served with the website.

When you use authenticated WebApp features, the authentication service may use cookies or browser storage necessary to maintain your session. Google sign-in also interacts with Google’s own services. Blocking necessary cookies or storage may prevent sign-in from working. Any future optional analytics or tracking must be disclosed, with consent obtained where required.

9. Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to contact us, authorize Google sign-in, and provide optional wellness information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Some features may not be available without the information they require.

Send requests to info@agilewellnesschallenge.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with the data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

10. Children

Agile Wellness Challenge is intended for organizational and adult wellness use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice, and additional consent will be requested where required before using information for a new purpose.
